The OKT-6163F/1700 is a horizontal turning center with a slanted bed, designed for machining medium-sized parts with a turning length of up to 1,650 mm and a maximum diameter of Ø380 mm (spindle) or Ø520 mm (disc). Equipped with a 15.0/18.5 kW FANUC 0i-TF Plus spindle (2,000 rpm), a BMT65-12 hydraulic tool turret with 12 positions, a 10" faceplate, a tailstock with a 1,400 mm stroke (MT6), and a 4 kW live tool (4,000 rpm), it offers great versatility for complex turning operations with a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm and a repeatability of 0.005 mm. Ideal for the production of cylindrical components, shafts, and discs in series with a load capacity of up to 1,000 kg (shaft) or 500 kg (disc), dimensions of 4,900 x 2,270 x 2,570 mm, and a weight of 9,200 kg, it integrates a 10-bar cooling system and a state-of-the-art FANUC control for demanding applications.
